Inspired by a vast spectrum of culinary influences - from our local gastronomic heritage and maritime traditions to flavours typical of cultures from all around the Mediterranean – our cuisine is both straightforward and flavoursome, simple but well-crafted. Never extravagant but always heartfelt and authentic.
Our permanent menu which you can look up online, is completed each day by a « Suggestions Board » which varies according to the fresh produce available and the chef’s creative inspiration.
WE WORK IN CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH LOCAL FISHERMEN, OYSTER FARMERS AND GARDEN PRODUCERS TO ACCESS THE BEST QUALITY, FRESH, SEASONAL AND LOCALLY SOURCED PRODUCTS
